Multi Level Marketing and affiliate, what is the difference? Hmm ...
Certainly different, is a far cry between a business that I teach (business affiliate) with the MLM business.
== Core affiliate commissions from the sale of goods / services. Money obtained from the cost of purchasing goods / services.
MLM == The core of the commission to invite people to join in the network business. Money taken from
cost to join and top-up.
MLM Business is designed to benefit your upline (sponsor), while affliasi benefit all parties.
While in the affiliate business your upline is not profitable, but _luck yourself own, and of course store owners.
MLM is a business that is subordinate to the superior. While the affiliate business is
the same benefit all parties.
Concrete examples affiliate system::
Say like, I have a computer store. Then I offer to you an agreement,
where if you invite people to buy in my store, then I will give 15% commission from the profit.
Tomorrow invites you, another person (the X) in the computer store to buy my U.S. $ 1000, then I give you 15% commission (U.S. $ 150) from the value of the purchase of my computer. Simple is not it?
If you are here, who fortunately? All parties!
Shop owners hit because sales increased. Affiliate get hit because the commission. Fortunately because buyers choose not confused.
Same fate of all, right? =)
More concrete example::
Some time ago a friend offered me a bag for the laptop I bought. He says it is not
goods, but goods of friends. He get a commission for the sale bag.
Well in this case, my friend == affiliate. Friends of friends I == merchant (product owner).
The owner of the bag because the fate of goods sold. Fortunately my friend because it can get money without having to make difficult products and distribute the stock of goods.
Equally happy right?
